Messaging has become… messy
There's never been more content, yet less worth actually reading. Inboxes are full, feeds are flooded, and none of it is moving the needle on anything… except the world's water supply. You've got a story. We'll help you tell it.

This is us
That's Chloe on the left, at the devastating moment she realised she was no longer the centre of the universe. And that's Christie, the youngest, who was just happy to be there.
After many years as enemies, the sisters in that photo are now best friends who have built international careers that span the full gamut of marketing and communications. Our love of a killer tagline is matched only by our shared disdain for 70 page slide decks.
Now, we're joining forces to make messaging less messy.

Chloe O’Toole
Messaging maestro. Someone who actually eats the pastries at a breakfast meeting.
Chloe O'Toole was once described as "talkative and easily distracted" by her year 5 teacher.
Despite this scathing assessment, Chloe was able to apply herself enough to study Media and Communications at the University of Sydney, where she discovered Marshall McLuhan's "the medium is the message" and a love of brand storytelling was born.
Over a career spanning recruitment, financial services, consulting and commercial real estate, she has built marketing functions from scratch, managed communications during the sale of a private bank to a listed entity, guided executives through keynotes that employees actually enjoyed, and steered businesses through change management moments where the stakes were high. She has presented to boards, managed multi-million dollar budgets, and written website copy - often in the same week.
Chloe has had articles published in Mamamia and Marketing Mag, been mentioned by B&T and ADMA, and picked up multiple marketing awards along the way.

ChristieO’Toole
Corporate comms powerhouse. The more professional sibling.
Not many people have "live-streamed a conversation with Richard Branson at 35,000 feet" on their CV. Christie does, and that’s not even the most impressive thing on it.
Her career spans aviation and tech at organisations that have launched IPOs, rebranded entire categories, and generated the kind of headlines that require a very good communications person on speed dial. Christie was that person. On the record as spokesperson, in the ear of the C-suite as advisor, and on call at 11pm when something needed handling before it became a headline.
She has steered organisations through restructures, hosted journalist roundtables, and spent more than a decade making very large global organisations feel like places where humans actually work - leading internal communications across multiple regions.
Christie is a master of messaging, a counsellor to leaders who need straight talk, and someone who knows how to make a CEO look and sound their best.

Don’t believe us? Here’s a taste of what we’ve done before:
Why us
Messaging that makes people feel something
We've spent decades working out what makes people smile, click, pay attention and even cry - in a good way, we promise.
We've been the client
We know what exceptional looks like. We also know how good it feels when a supplier makes you look like a superstar internally. Take all the credit, we don't mind!
We'll give you what you asked for
We once asked an agency for help with a social post, and were pitched a $200k brand revitalisation. We will not do that to you. Unless that's what you want, of course.
100% certified slop-free
AI gave everyone a copywriter, but it didn't give everyone the experience to know what actually works… for now, at least.
